3. Commercial Inquiries & Project Engagements

Formal game development, co-development, and art services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between NextGameStudio and the client.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws.
